Refund Policy
AutoX18 offers refunds only under specific and valid circumstances to ensure fair use of our policies. Refunds are eligible for products that are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, have a verified manufacturing defect, or are damaged during delivery. Customers must report such issues within a reasonable time after receiving the product and provide clear proof such as photos or videos of the defect or damage. The product should remain unused and in its original condition until the claim is reviewed and verified.
Once a refund request is received, AutoX18 will inspect and verify the issue before approving the refund. If the claim is valid, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
For lubricants and oils, refunds will only be considered if the package is damaged during delivery and the issue is reported immediately upon receipt of the product. Products that are opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling after delivery may not be eligible for a refund. AutoX18 reserves the right to review and approve refund requests based on the provided evidence and product condition.
For electrical and electronic accessories, refunds will only be applicable in case of manufacturing defects or products that are dead on arrival (DOA). Products damaged due to improper installation, voltage issues, or misuse will not be eligible for refund.
